PHP Laravel MySQL TDD

Direct Carrier Billing sits between a telecom operator and the services its subscribers pay for, which makes correctness non-negotiable: a charge must happen exactly once, a failed request must be safe to retry, and every transaction has to be reconcilable after the fact.

I worked across the stack — the subscription and charging flows, the APIs that partner services call, and the backend jobs that keep balances and reconciliation in step. Design decisions were made with system analysis first rather than patched in afterwards.
