Government-to-Bank Financial Integration

The problem

Money moving between a government system and an international bank crosses an organisational boundary where nothing can be assumed: message formats are fixed by the other side, failures are ambiguous, and a duplicate is worse than a delay.

The work

I worked on the integration itself and on the API layer around it — setting up WSO2 API Manager, documenting the interfaces, and managing their lifecycle so that a version change on either side did not break the other. Every service shipped with technical documentation, because an integration nobody can read is one nobody can operate.
